Biophysical antibody
characterization data
to power your AI models.
We generate antibody developability datasets for you to use in AI model training and validation. Our world-class wet lab infrastructure offers you the scale and breadth you need to unlock AI for antibody developability.
How It Works
We take your antibody sequences as input, perform wet lab workflows in high-throughput, and return AI-ready datasets as output. We synthesize, express, and purify the antibodies, perform broad biophysical characterization, analyze and integrate the data, and return an AI-ready dataset to you.
Select from a range of developability assays.
Designed with your needs in mind.
Scale
We can screen over 2,400 antibody sequences in parallel, enabled by our highly automated lab and over $1 billion of invested wet lab infrastructure in Boston.
Breadth
Choose from 10+ developability assays across key biophysical antibody properties.
AI-Ready Data
Screen libraries including positive and negative sequences in standardized conditions and receive AI-ready data.

Interact with a sample dataset
To provide an example of the antibody developability datasets we generate, we produced and tested 20 IgG antibodies previously characterized in Jain et al (PNAS 2017) and are sharing the dataset for you to download, review, and analyze.
DNA sequences for each IgG were synthesized and transfected into HEK293F cells. Expressed IgGs were purified with protein-A-based resins then characterized with the following developability assays:
- Thermostablity by nanoDSF
- Aggregation by SE-HPLC
- Colloidal stability by SMA-HPLC
- Hydrophobicity by HI-HPLC
- Self association by AC-SINS
The downloadable dataset includes assay parameters and data output for each of the above assays. There is also a readme file with more details on the assays and descriptions of each of the fields in the dataset.
Sample Data
Download the sample dataset.
Submit the form to access the sample dataset (~4KB) including a:
- Dataset with assay parameters + assay data for each antibody
- Column descriptions
- Short report detailing assay methods
