Lab Data as a Service — Data on demand.

Overview

Data at the scale you need

In the era of AI, biotech R&D is hungry for data like never before. Machine learning is transforming innovation: faster discovery, better designs, reduced risk of clinical translation. But your ML model is only as good as the training data it learns from and your AI strategy is only as powerful as the data engine that drives it.

Ginkgo’s Lab Data as a Service can free you from the constraints of data-limited design, making the power and scale of our Foundry accessible on demand. — Have questions? Contact us at [email protected]

01 ENZYME PERFORMANCE

Better enzymes. Faster design cycles.

With Lab Data as a Service for Enzyme Performance, you can quickly evaluate enzyme libraries for activity, specificity, and a range of commercially relevant biophysical properties. The data can be used directly to select preferred candidates for downstream evaluation. Or the results can serve as assay-labeled data for use in active learning loops or other AI-guided engineering applications.

02 ANTIBODY DEVELOPABILITY

Antibody designs. De-risked.

Selecting the right antibody to advance to the clinic is a critical decision. In recent years, generative AI and other computational design strategies have greatly expanded the number of high-quality candidates that can pass early-stage screening.

Rapid antibody developability assays can help to enrich your library for lead antibodies that are more likely to perform in situ. For AI-guided design strategies, a developability assessment represents assay-labeled data that can train your model for iterative improvement.
